Draw a line at the base of your lashes. Make sure to thicken the line in the middle to make your eyes look more oval.

Begin using your eyeliner away from the inner corner of your eye. Make it slightly thicker at the outer edge, extending it with an upward stroke to make your eyes look further apart than they really are.

Here, your eyeliner needs to be slightly thicker at the inner corner of the eye. Stop the line at the outer edge feathering it off a little thinner to make your eyes appear closer to each other. So, you are basically doing just the opposite of what you did when you want to make your eyes appear as if they are further apart.
